Ingredients:
- Three (3) cups chicken, cooked and shredded
 - One (1) 6oz cream cheese, softened
 - 1 1/2 cups Mexican Mix Cheese, shredded
 - 1/2 cup salsa
 - 1/3 cup sour cream
 - 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
 - Twelve (12) corn tortillas
 - Avocado oil for frying
 
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, mix chicken, softened cream cheese, cheese, salsa, sour cream, and cilantro well and set aside.
 - Build taquitos by placing several spoonsful of chicken mixture into one corn tortilla. Repeat and place on a baking sheet, fold down.
 - Add 1/2 inch oil in a sauce pan and place on medium heat.
 - Once oil is hot, place pre-made taquitos into pan, using tongs.
 - Cook until golden brown on both sides.
 - Set on paper towels to drain.
 - Serve warm with your favorite sides for dipping. We used sour cream, salsa, guacamole.
