Serves four (4) ppl
Ingredients:
- Four (4) Hebrew Beef Hot Dogs 2X
 - One (1) tbsp. olive oil
 - One (1) lb. ground beef
 - ½ cup white onion, chopped
 - Two (2) garlic cloves, minced
 - Salt, to taste
 - Pepper, to taste
 - 8oz can tomato sauce
 - ¼ cup water
 - Dash of liquid smoke
 - One (1) tbsp. chili powder
 - One (1) tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
 - One (1) tbsp. mustard
 - ¼ tsp. onion powder
 - ¼ tsp. garlic powder
 - Four (4) Martin’s Hoagie Rolls
 - Sharp cheddar cheese, to garnish
 - White onion, to garnish
 
Directions:
- Put olive oil in a medium-high heated cast iron skillet.
 - Place ground beef in skillet and cook until brown. Place on a plate and set aside.
 - Line the same skillet with olive oil and cook your onions. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
 - Once they become translucent, add garlic and your previously cooked beef.
 - Add tomato sauce, water, liquid smoke, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, onion powder and garlic powder. Let simmer for 30 minutes.
 - Spiral your hot dogs with a paring knife and place on grill.
 - Turn hotdogs until you achieve grill marks on all sides.
 - Place hotdog in a hoagie roll. Top with chili, onions and cheddar cheese.
