Serves approx. four (4) ppl.
Ingredients:
- Forty (40) chicken wings
 - Avacado oil
 - Dottie Smoky Kickin’ Cajun Seasoning, to taste
 - Coy Zesty Garlic and Herb Seasoning, to taste
 - Frank All-Pursose BBQ Rub, to taste
 
Directions:
- Prep grill by placing coals in the center, leaving about a 3–4-inch coal free zone around the perimeter. Light and put grates on top.
 - Place chicken wings on a lined baking sheet.
 - Blot both sides with a paper towel and drizzle oil on both sides.
 - Season generously with your favorite seasoning and aside. We used our Dottie Smoky Kickin' Cajun, Coy Zesty Garlic and Herb and Frank All-Purpsoe BBQ Rub. (Click here to purchase yours.)
 - Once coals are white, place chicken wings along the perimeter of the grill, over indirect heat.
 - Cook for 10 minutes on one side. Flip and cook another 10 minutes.
 - Pull the wings that are crispy. Place those that are not crispy over the direct heat for about 15-30 seconds or until you reach your desired crispness.
 - Serve with celery, carrots, and ranch dressing.
