Salmon Burger | Remoulade Cole Slaw

Burger Ingredients:

 - 15 oz salmon filet

 - One (1) small shallot, finely diced

 - 1 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped

 - Two (2) tbsp. mustard

 - Two (2) tbsp. lemon juice

 - 1/2 tsp. honey

 - 1/4 to 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, as needed

 - salt, to taste

 - pepper, to taste

 - butter and/or oil (to grill burger on)

 - brioche buns

 - avocados (optional)

 

Remoulade Cole Slaw:

 - 3/4 cup mayonnaise

 - One (1) tbsp. Dijon mustard

 - One (1) tbsp. ketchup

 - One (1) tsp. smoked paprika

 - Two (2) tsp. hot sauce

 - One (1) tsp. horseradish

 - One (1) tsp. Tony Chacheres seasoning

 - Two (2) small garlic cloves, diced

 - 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

 - Three (3) cups cole slaw
