Brisket Tacos with Mexican Street Corn

Brisket:

- Brisket

- One (1) bottle of Allegro

- McCormick Sweet and Smokey

 

Elote (Mexican Street Corn):

- Three (3) cans fire roasted corn

- 2/3 cup sour cream

- 1/2 cup mayo

- One (1) cup crumbled cotija cheese

- One (1) tsp smoked paprika

- Two (2) tsp chilli powder

- Two (2) tsp garlic powder

- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

- 1/2 tsp kosher salt

- 1 tsp pepper

- Four (4) chopped green onions

- Juice of one (1) lime

 

Pickled Red Onions:

 - One (1) thinly slicked red onion

- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt

- One (1) tsp sugar

 

Garnish Brisket:

- Elote (Mexican Street Corn)

- Pickled Red Onions

- Cotija Cheese

- Cilantro
