Salad Ingredients:
- Two (2) cups Broccoli, small florets
- One head of Cauliflower, small florets
- One (1) 10oz bag of frozen small sweet peas
- One (1) 11 oz can of white shoepeg corn
- Three (3) celery stocks
- One (1) medium orange bell pepper
- One (1) small can of sliced water chestnuts
- One (1) small red onion
- One (1) cup cherry tomatoes
- One (1) can small whole black olives
- One (1) can small pitted green olives
- Herbs de Provence, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Dressing Ingredients:
- One (1) cup aged balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
- Add veggies to large bowl

- Mix dressing ingredients to small covered bowl and shake well
- Drizzle ½ dressing on salad and toss
- Drizzle remaining dressing on salad and toss
- Place in refrigerator to marinate (the longer, the better)
