Serves five (5) ppl.
Ingredients:
- 2 1/3 lb. 15/20 Argentinean shrimp, peeled and deveined
 - 1/4 cup olive oil
 - 1 1/2 tbsp. Dottie Smoky Kickin' Cajun seasoning
 - Three (3) garlic cloves, minced
 - Juice of 1/2 lemon
 - Sub bread
 
Directions:
- Place shrimp in a large zip lock bag.
 - In a small bowl, mix olive oil, Dottie Smoky Kickin' Cajun seasoning, garlic cloves and lemon juice.
 - Mix well and pour into the zip lock bag.
 - Once sealed, rub marinade around so that all of the shrimp are saturated.
 - Place in refrigerator for at least 45 minutes.
 - Spray a skillet or flattop with oil and cook shrimp for ??? on each side. They should be pink in color with a light char. Set aside.
 - Prepare your sandwich. We used sub bread, remoulade sauce, lettuce, tomatoes and red onions.
 - Add shrimp and enjoy!
