Sauce:
- Two (2) tbsp avocado oil
- Two (2) large shallots
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- One (1) clove of garlic, finely diced
- One (1) tsp thyme
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- One (1) stick of butter
Oyster:
- 10 Oysters
- Sauce (recipe above)
- Top with shreded parmesan cheese
Optional:
- Hot sauce
- Crackers
