Serves four (4) ppl
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lb new potatos
- One (1) white onion - rough chopped
- One (1) head of garlic - peeled
- 1 1/2 cups of a dry white wine
- 3/4 cups water
- Three (3) stalks of corn - cut each in half
- One (1) lb of beef sausage
- One (1) lb of large shrimp
- Two (2) lb of little neck clams
- One (1) lb of mussels
- Ten (10) sprigs of thyme
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp pepper
- 1 tsp Tony Chachere’s
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 cup of parsley to garnish
Note: If for any reason the shrimp is not done after the time allotted, remove them and finish in a separate pan so you don’t overcook the other ingredients.
