Serves approx. 8 ppl.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. beef brisket point
 - 1 lb. chuck roast
 - 1 lb. sirloin
 - Val Coffee Steak Rub, to taste
 - Eight (8) bacon slices
 - Coy Zesty Garlic and Herb seasoning, to taste
 - Eight (8) hamburger buns
 - Mayonnaise, to taste
 - Eight (8) American Cheese slices
 - Lettuce
 - Tomatoes, sliced
 - Red onions, sliced
 - Pickles
 
Directions:
- Turn oven on to 400 degrees.
 - Start up your charcoal grill.
 - Using a cutting board, cut beef brisket point, chuck roast and sirloin into one-inch cubes.
 - Blend all three meats and place in meatgrinder.
 - Blend ground meat once more and run through meatgrinder again.
 - Make burger patties by hand (pressing each loosely) and season both sides with Val Coffee Steak Rub. Set aside
 - Place bacon on a wire rack/baking sheet and season with Coy Zesty Garlic and Herb seasoning.
 - Place bacon in 400 degree oven for 15 - 20 minutes. Set aside to cool
 - Cook patties on the grill until it reaches desired doneness.
 - Top each with a slice of American cheese.
 - Once cheese is melted, remove from grill and rest for 5 minutes.
 - Place mayo on top and bottom of bun, add lettuce, hamburger patty, bacon, tomatoes, red onions and pickles.
 - Enjoy!
