Ingredients:
- Corn meal
- One (1) pre-made pizza dough
- One (1) tbsp. olive oil
- Coy Zesty Garlic and Herb (or your favorite), to taste
- Two (2) tbsp. Mildly Wild BBQ Sauce (or your favorite)
- One (1) cup of Colby Jack cheese, shredded
- Beef Polska kielbasa, thinly sliced
- Sliced jalapenos, to taste
- Red onion, thinly sliced to taste
- Frank All-Purpose BBQ Rub (or your favorite), to taste
- Whataburger Spicy Jalapeno Ranch, to taste
Directions:
- Turn smoker on to 400 degrees.
- Sprinkle corn meal on your pizza peel and lay out pre-made pizza dough.
- Brush olive oil around the edges (1 to ½ inch) and sprinkle Coy Zesty Garlin and Herb seasoning on top. This makes a fantastic garlic crust!
- Spread Mildly Wild BBQ Sauce on pizza dough and spread out (until you reach your seasoned boarder) with a spoon.
- Top bbq sauce with shredded cheese, beef Polska kielbasa, jalapenos and red onions.
- Season with Frank All-Purpose BBQ Rub and drizzle Whataburger Spicy Jalapeno Ranch on top.
- Place pizza stone in smoker approximately 10 minutes, prior to cooking pizza.
- Slide pizza onto your preheated pizza stone and close lid.
- Cook for 14-18 minutes or until cheese is melted and the crust turns golden brown.
