Ingredients:
- One (1) 12oz box of Cheez-It baked snack crackers
 - ¼ cup of olive oil
 - ¼ cup of Dottie Kickin’ Cajun Seasoning, Frank All-Purpose BBQ Rub OR Coy Zesty Garlic and Herb
 
Directions:
- Heat smoker to 200 degrees.
 - Place one box of Cheez-Its into a medium size tin pan.
 - Drizzle olive oil on Cheez-Its and stir well.
 - Add seasoning and stir well.
 - Place tin in smoker and close lid.
 - Smoke for 2 hours (stirring every 30 minutes).
 - Enjoy!
