Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups of roma tomatoes (see below)
- 1 1/2 cups of red red onion, diced
- One (1) cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- Juice of one (1) lime, freshly squeezed
- Garlic salt, to taste
Directions:
- Slice roma tomatoes in half (long ways), remove juices and seeds and dice
- Fold in diced red onions, cilantro and lime juice to diced tomatoes
- Add garlic salt, to taste
- Seal and refrigerate until ready to serve
