Copycat Chick Fil A Sandwich

Main Dish

Chicken:

- Four (4) thin sliced boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 1/2 cup pickle juice

- 1/2 cup water

 

Dredge:

- Two (2) eggs

- 1/2 cup milk

- 1 cup flour

- 2 tbsp powdered sugar

- 1 tsp salt

- 1 tsp paprika

- 1/2 tsp white pepper

- 1/2 tsp celery salt

- 1/2 tsp basil

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

 

Frying:

- Fry in peanut oil at 325 degrees until temp of chicken reaches 165 degrees and the crust is golden brown.

 

Sauce:

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- 1/4 cup of honey

- 1/4 cup bbq sauce

- 2 tbsp yellow mustard

- 1 tbsp dijon mustard

- 1 tbsp lemon juice Other

- Plain hamburger buns

- Two (2) pickles, per sandwich
