- Two (2) cups all purpose flour
- One (1) tbsp. paprika
- One (1) tsp cayenne pepper
- One (1) tsp garlic powder
- One (1) tsp oregano
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- One (1) gallon vegetable oil
Dipping Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Two (2) tbsp. horseradish
- Two (2) tsp ketchup
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
