Cilantro Lime Sauce
Ingredients:
- ½ cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/8 cup milk
- Two (2) tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- ½ lime, juiced
- One (1) tsp garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Blend the Greek yogurt, mile, cilantro, lime, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Cool in refrigerator until use.
Blackened Tilapia
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lb. tilapia fillets
- Two (2) tbsp smoked paprika
- One (1) tbsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp. cayenne pepper (less or more, per preference)
- One (1) tsp. garlic
- One (1) tsp. pepper
- One (1) tsp. kosher salt
- ½ tsp. dried thyme
- ½ tsp. dried basil
- ½ tsp. dried oregano
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400
- Pat dry the tilapia with a paper towel
- Mix smoked paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper, garlic, pepper, kosher salt, thyme, basil and oregano.
- Bake for 12 – 15 minutes.
